Summary: Breakfast needs improvement, juice was warm and bananas were rotten warm

Summary: Pool and spa was not working or accessible. Menu choices limited, bananas/fruit was old. Had to change rooms due to snoring/loud neighbors at 1am. Was only given an extra hour to checkout, didn't get to bed again until after 2am. Not pleased with this experience. Did not have an exercise room as stated on website or microwave in the room.

Summary: Steph was very friendly and helpful. There was a problem with our reservation and staff took the time to fix problem and make sure we had a room for the weekend.

Summary: I loved it! Everything was on point except the pillows lol omg they were terrible it was hollow and like it wasn’t anything in them and it flattened immediately and it wasn’t a microwave in the room but that wasn’t too much of in there issue an inconvenience I might add BUT the staff was really nice the hotel and rooms smelled fresh and inviting and the bed was really comfortable. That is my new go to spot when I go home to Chicago for visits but you if they could just get better pillows that would be great

Summary: They walls are very thin, you hear television and toilets flushing all night! The rooms does not make your feel like a home away from home. It's a lot of space but not enough item in it.
